♡ Twenty-nine hand carved Cinnabar beads each of approximately 7mm height, minimum width 7mm and maximum width 9.1mm, beautifully carved Tang Baleng shape, circles and two Chinese character 佛 (Buddha) with the meaning Buddha always with the wearer. Strung with elastic strings Wt. 34.86 grams fits up to 17cm wrist. We may restring to smaller size and give the spare bead(s) to you for future use.

♡ Cinnabar is mentioned in many ancient Chinese medical literature and has long been used in Chinese paintings and Taoism drawings and ceremonies

♡ Beads of "Tang Baleng 唐八棱" cut have a history dated back to more than 2,000 years ago where the design came to China from India or Middle East. It's believed it's named "Tang", as during Tang Dynasty (a few thousand years later than the origin of this unique angular design) the design came to China when there were significant trade with Eastern countries and influx of Buddhism from India
